KESSLER PARKWAY

The goal of this project was to transform a 1950s Texan midcentury modern home into a sleek, functional space while working within a tight budget. We reimagined the living area by opening it up into a large, cohesive space, emphasizing thoughtful, novel details to elevate the design.

Key features include a stunning full-wall marble fireplace with a custom-set hearth, handcrafted walnut doors, and bedroom closet doors inlaid with mirrors for a refined touch. Live-edge shelving and refurbished hardwood floors added warmth and character, while doorways were extended to the ceiling to create the illusion of a grander, more expansive interior.

This renovation was a comprehensive overhaul, balancing modern functionality with timeless midcentury charm. The project continued with an exterior renovation the following year, seamlessly aligning the home’s outside aesthetic with its refreshed interior.
