ABOUT NAYSHN

Designing spaces. Shaping lives. Building a better NAYSHN.

NAYSHN is a Chicago-based design studio founded on a simple belief: thoughtful design can change the way we live.

Blending interior design, real estate, and renovation strategy, NAYSHN takes an integrated approach to creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and deeply considered. From finding the right property to reimagining an existing home, we look at the entire experience—not simply individual rooms.

Our aesthetic is rooted in modernism, minimalism, and architectural form, balancing clean lines and natural materials with warmth, texture, and personality. Rather than following trends, we create environments that feel intentional, timeless, and distinctly connected to the people who inhabit them.

NAYSHN was founded by designer and real estate professional Rafael Soto, whose career spans more than two decades across design, product development, creative direction, and brand building. That multidisciplinary perspective shapes the studio’s approach: understanding how people live, identifying what can be improved, and bringing together design, function, materials, and execution under one vision.

Now rooted in Chicago, NAYSHN is also committed to the creative community around us. As the studio grows, our vision extends beyond individual projects toward collaborations with local designers, makers, artists, craftspeople, and emerging creative talent.

Because we believe a well-designed home isn’t simply about how it looks.

It’s about creating a life well lived.
